Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of draincleaningservicelongbeach.com (the "Site"), operated by Drain Cleaning Service Long Beach ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Informational content

Content on the Site, including tips about drains, sewer lines and do-it-yourself steps, is general information. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation. Drain and sewer conditions vary by property, and you use any information at your own risk. Always follow product instructions and safety precautions, and avoid contact with sewage.

Service requests

Calling us does not by itself create a service agreement. Scheduling, scope of work, pricing and any terms for a specific job are confirmed directly with you before work begins. Availability depends on location, timing and job conditions.

Accuracy

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. Local rules, including those of the City of Long Beach and Long Beach Utilities, can change; confirm requirements with the relevant agency.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics and design on the Site belong to Drain Cleaning Service Long Beach unless otherwise noted and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drain Cleaning Service Long Beach is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
